On our way to Loyola Memorial Park I saw one store at the sidewalk displaying a mountain full of helmets. "Sana naman sa dami ng helmets na ito eh makabili at magsuot naman ang lahat ng nakamotor." Had it worn properly on their head and not on their elbows.
