Coming from Nasugbu, Batangas, Tagaytay is a good lunch stop-over to have the famous Bulalo an the "almost" cliff hanging restaurants around Tagaytay. With the very cool breeze, the hot Bulalo Soup is exactly the food you need to balance the temperature.
When ordering, do not hesitate to ask for more free bulalo soup if you already have none on your order bowls. They give it for free - of course as long as you have ordered an entire Bulalo bowl. ;)
