First of all, I am no Driver. So, the experience that I'll be sharing is not my personal renewal but I have carefully observed the steps followed inside an LTO satellite office for renewing driver's licenses. This is at the LTO office inside Robinson's Galleria Ortigas.
Procedure Inside the LTO Sattelite Office:
1. Go to Window #2 (Customer Service Representative) to have your documents and license checked. You will be instructed to fill up a License Renewal Form.
2. Proceed the accredited Medical clinic just beside the LTO Office to undergo medical check up by a physician and drug testing. Payment during renewal was at Php400.
3. When results are up, proceed to Window #2 again and submit the accomplished Renewal form and Medical Certificate.
4. Proceed to Window #6 to have your picture and signature taken.
5. Proceed to Window #1 (Cashier) to pay Php417.63. (Renewal Fee of 350 and Computer Fee of 67.63)
6. Wait for someone to call you at Window #3 (Releasing License Card) and claim your Driver's License.
