A Card from the Capital of USA

I received my second card from the USA, and this time it is from the capital Washington D.C.. At first I thought that D.C. was a state, so I initiated my research and found out that it isn't. I've learned that no state owns Washington D.C. Whoa! I learned something new today. Of course, being not a native of the American Society, I am not obliged to learn about its geography but then when you have received something from a certain place you will feel the urge of learning something new about it.
