I love Japanese Food especially the sashimi's and maki's. I love the raw but fresh tuna and salmon wrapped with rice. I may not be the type of person who likes medium rare bloody steaks, but I am the type of person who likes to eat the raw yet fresh tuna's and salmon's. I just like the taste when it mixes with the Kikoman soy sauce and Wasabi hotness. So as part of my craving, here's a Teka Maki platter from Teriyaki Boy, SM Megamall, Atrium.
