A Hope for the Metro Manila Streets

Every morning, on my way to office I see greased kids, men and women sleeping on streets, at the overpass and at the sidewalk. I wish there could be a more comfortable place for them to sleep. I am not losing hope that the Metro Manila streets would change - in time I hope it will.
