Months ago I have been seeing a lot of recruitment ads on EDSA and Commonwealth billboards. This includes that of known BPO companies like Convergys, IBM, Teletech and a lot more. They do offer a variety of benefits, sign up bonuses and even prizes.
I was able to see, up close and personal, one of the gifts that these BPO companies provides to convince applicants to apply, join and then later on sign with the team. This is the Convergys Krispy Kreme welcome doughnuts.
